Roman Zrazhevskiy

Founder and CEO

Roman is a notable figure in the sphere of emergency preparedness and has been featured in various news broadcasts, publications, and documentaries to weigh in on the subject. He has made multiple appearances on HBO, BBC, CBS, and other media outlets to provide insight into the critical importance of readiness under all circumstances.

Roman is also the founder and CEO of Ready To Go Survival, a retail brand specializing in personalized emergency preparedness. He brings his expertise in the industry and his sharp mind for leadership and strategy to MIRA Safety to provide peerless personal protective equipment to the world at large.

When he is not hard at work helping professionals and everyday citizens achieve peak protection against the unexpected, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, shooting, playing handball, and scaring his neighbors by taking out the trash in full MOPP gear.

Tanya Mironova

CTO

Tanya is a full-stack engineer with an extensive background in the financial services industry. She graduated from the CUNY-College of Staten Island and the Moscow Institute of Trade and Law.

As a known e-commerce guru, Tanya has created several successful retail brands. Thanks to her years of hands-on experience with various coding and database languages, Tanya makes interacting with the MIRA Safety team a more direct, more rewarding experience for our clients.

When she is not designing and implementing new elements for the MIRA Safety website and product lines, she enjoys being a mom, spending time with her cats, participating in hackathons, and traveling the world.

Eric Briggs

Sales Manager

Eric has over thirty-five years of experience in the sales and managing of professionals, including training, mentoring, and oversight of capital equipment sales teams, national distribution networks, and national and international private label negotiations. Before becoming a sales management professional, he was a ten-year successful senior sales representative.

In his free time, he is a nationally recognized college and professional soccer trainer and former semi-professional soccer player in Houston, Texas.

Clayton Heim

Tactical Advisor

Clayton is an Army infantry officer with nearly 13 years of continuous military service. He spent one year deployed to Iraq as an infantry platoon leader, where he received his Bronze Star. Some of his extensive qualifications include:

Aside from tactical training, shooting, and emergency preparedness at every conceivable level, Clayton enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with his family.

David Yellin

Tactical Advisor

David is a law enforcement officer from California who brings the MIRA Safety team over ten years of experience in the disaster preparedness industry.

He worked as a terrorism liaison officer with a California Fusion Center and is field-trained in Tactical Combat Casualty Care with six years of emergency medical experience. He is a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, an avid surfer, and relishes every moment of his time spent in the outdoors.
